    biodiesel kit

I'm new and I just bought a processer from homebiodieselkits.com What a mistake!!!!!!!! I got ripped off $2240 Whatever you do don't buy from this guy BEWARE They have no tech support the processer is junk I tried to get my money back and they want to charge me 20% restocking fee plus another $250 for shipping back to them so I would end up losing $800 the processer doesn't work all the plumbing needs to be redone it's realy a joke the temp gun and the scales they sent me are inacurate also. A friend of mine has a fuelmiester and I checked his stuff against mine Tritation info is inaccurate too. BEWARE of these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll post some more when I get it rebuilt it will be cheaper to rebuild than to send back to them.

    Re: biodiesel kit

We at homebiodieselkits.com would like to tell THE TRUTH about this customer. We shipped our complete biodiesel kit to him at well below our cost as we do for all our customers. When the processor arrived it had been obviously damaged in shipment. Our warranty does not cover parts damaged by the shipper but we still offered to send new parts to the customer. The customer refused our help to have the kit fixed and threatened (numerous times) if we did not pay to ship his kit back and return all his money then he would post here like he has. This customer hung up on our staff and has become hostile. We try our best to do everything we can to help our customers make biodiesel which is usually why they buy our kit in the first place. As for the accuracy of our parts, do you really think our scales don't work? If the customer that posted here would let us help him (without threats and insults) please call us at 1-800-679-1398 Ext. 3

Just saving this for posterity since you are making misleading statements elsewhere on this site. Eschew obfuscation.

    Re: biodiesel kit

This is why they say let the buyer beware.

Read before you buy there is a forum on the internet for every product sold.

Do a google search ignorance is no excuse and as for shipping insurance you should have paid extra for it.

As for the seller from your post's that I have read you do not seem straight up.

In my company we grow by word of mouth I bad sell can set you back years one happy customer can make you millions.

I just bought a biopro 190 still waiting to see it. (also going to be a dealer for it) Did my homework liked what I read and went for it.
