Davao City Multi Culture Cooperative in southern Philippines owns a vast tract of land from 1000 hectares to 269,000 hectares consolidated by us.We started with a 50-hectare pilot project planted with Jatropha Curcas in our 1000-hectare lot but cannot proceed due to we ran out of funds.We are looking for investor/partners to work with our group to continue on with the project & make it sustainable.We are JC farming experts & as far as labor supply is concerned, the farmers who are cooperative members are themselves land owners will be hired for the development,planting down to harvesting.Southern Philippines has a very rich soil & away from the typhoons.Our planting location as assessed by the D1 Oils agronomist is very much suited for JC farming,elevation-wise & exposure to the sun.The area is crissed-crossed by shallow natural creeks giving us free water necessary for the farm.According to the agronomist,the expected harvest of 4x per year may even be accelerated to a harvest every two weeks due to the suitability of the location.

In jatropha plantation, we are currently developing several projects with jatropha curcas, with plantations that can go up to 25.000 ha (1 ha = 10.000 m^2) , so we have a lot of experience. We have over than 20 years experience in build Bioenergy plants and our professional are very qualified.

In the land that you require, we can find easily on Brazil (since it is very small for us). I know some farmers that have those size of land in a good region, so thats not a problem.

Un amigo me comento que la familia tiene 5000 hectareas disponibles para algun proyecto pruductivo, y yo les comenté sobre la Jatropha. quedaron muy interesados y dispuestos a discutirlo. La extención de tierra esta localizada en Colombia, al oriente del país a pocas horas de la frontera con Venezuela. es un valle de tierra muy plana y buena pluviocidad. Adicionalmente esta zona del país goza de buena seguridad ya que grandes empresarios españoles, brasileños y Colombianos estan invirtiendo en esas tierras para proyectos de Jatropha y Palma Africana.

hi good day where from malita davao del sur mindanao philippines ,and we are looking for an a joint ventures to invest in our area we have 1000 to 5000 ha/hectares and own by the cooperative and some family..and aside for jathropa we had an abundant source in fruits  farming etc.. mindanao is out of typhoon path ..hope you can vist here in the philippines ...

Ya que el prestamo no sera para eso.
