Awhile ago I posted http://www.biodieselnow.com/forums/t/18308.aspx about my How-To Guide to making soap from the biodiesel raw glycerine.I would like to thank everyone that bought it, it has done fairly well.
On the heels of that I have also produced a Business Plan, The Black Crown Biodiesel Glycerine Soap Business Plan. It is essentially taking it all one step further by marketing the overflow from personal production.
The raw Glyc layer produces awesome soap, with just a few tweaks, and there is no good reason why this cannot benefit those of us who want to use this to help offset some of the expenses of the homebased biodiesel production. I have a new site dedicated to just the soap venture at : http://www.blackcrownsoap.com Phase one is the Biodiesel Glycerine Soap, the Guide (how to make the soap) and now the newly released phase two The Black Crown Biodiesel Glycerine Soap Business Plan (marketing what you have made) is available.
The very successful Guide tells me that there is now people on at least three continents making soap from their BD glyc. What better way to dispose of a voluminous by-product we all too much of ?
Thanks.
