 I live in Queens too. I brew about 13-26 gallons or so a week in my garage on weekends. How do you plan to get equipment to produce 200 per week? Having room seems to be the biggest problem around here, thats usually my bigggest problem besides the cold winter.

I'm on Long Island, Huntington Area on the North Shore.  I am looking to start B100 production and I have room.  I was planning on starting with a 40 or 100 gallon set up, but I am concerned about getting regular WVO to use. 

Anyone having thoughts about this or would want to start some type of coop-sharing thing, I'd be very happy to talk.

 I used B100supply they have everything you would need.
