The crude glycerine from biodiesel production is not all that valuable of a commodity. Pure glycerine is more desirable, but it takes too much effort to purify it on a small scale basis. If you just want to take it somewhere to get rid of it, look in your area for an "Anerobic Digester". These are operations that use microbes of some kind to produce methane gas from stuff like pig and cow crap, etc. They like the glycerine because it increases production by stimulating the microbes in the digester to produce more gas. I guess it's like when I eat too many refried beans. They can use the glycerine in the crude state that you have.
I haven't tried making soap yet, but if you search for that, there are posts here about doing that as well. Only problem as I understand it is that the soap (and the lather) comes out brown, so it's hard to sell to people because they don't like the color. 60 gallons will produce a lot of soap. If you can't sell it, you would need a pretty large family that really likes to bathe a lot to use that much soap! I think you have to distill out the methanol before you make soap as well. That is a good thing anyway, since you can re-use the methanol to make more biodiesel. There are many posts on distilling methanol here as well if you search for them.
