We are now forming a Bio-Fuel Plantation on a mininum 1000 acres,
including a Sustainable Agra-Research and Retirement Community in Costa Rica. We will be utilizing a mininum 1000 acres in our Agra Bio Fuel Plantation and 200 acres in the Sustainable Retirement Community.
A total of 100 eco-homes averaging 1500 sq. ft. are to be build within 18 months
and designed by the foremost local and international Architectural and Sustainable Designers.
We have pre-sales already from 7 different countries and a mailing list of over 1.5 million
prospective international buyers. We will also have an International University Work Study program offering 3 month work study programs to international university students.
