I am professor of Environmental Law and environmental resarcher. Actually, I work in a project for manufacture of biodiesel happened of the Jatropha curcas,Elaeais guineensis and waste oil vegetable. I produce biodiesel in Brasil through the process of transesterication using ethanol, proceeding from the Saccharum officinarum, that is one hundred percent clean technolog and more cheap than methanol. Write me! Sincerely, Professor Rafael

Don't some of those huge farming conglomerants produce there own biodiesel from the soya they grow? Power there own electrical power plants with it?

Talk about mega farmers. Show me a farmer in the US that has his own megawat power plant and fuels it himself.

While biodiesel is not allowed soya beans are. IN a sense Brazil is contributing to world wide biodiesel fuels. Soya beans used in Illinois for biodiesel are replaced by soya beans grown in Brazil.
