BioDieselNow - Renewable biodiesel fuel

I am thinking of making a biodiesel processor. I currently am using the FUELMEISTER. I am going to make one and see how it comes together, i think with the experience and skills i have i am pretty sure i can make a better processor than what i have now. if everything works out the way i want it to, i will be manufacturing them about 5-10 at a time. It will use the same tanks and pumps every processor i have seen uses. It will be a 60 gallon tank and a 15 gallon mixing tank. I have been processing for about a year now and have alot of ideas on how to make a BETTER machine. I would like to know if anyone would be interested in buying one? I just finished the machine. Snapped a few pictures of it. Here are some of the details i have come up with. Specs: 60 gallon cone bottom mixing tank 15 gallon cone bottom methanol and naoh/koh mixing tank Both tanks mounted on stands 110v 1/2 hp 12 gpm motor Brass Misting Wash System with 6 heads for full washing capabilities Produces 20-40 gallon batches with about 1 hour hands on time. Timer and Switch to control pump Tank Bubble Insulation, keep the heat in. Couple things that are unique to my machine verses others... 1. Polypropylene Floor for Fast Cleanup 2. Simple plumbing, Anyone can run this machine. 3. Comes with Wash timer, because your going to need to buy one anyway. 4. Methanol Fumes Contained in machine,for fume-less operation. 5.Key feature, is the pump slides up and down, as far as i know of no other machine has this. Slide it down so you dont have to prime it everytime, Slide it up so you can efficiently drain off the Glycerin! 6. The Average price of a 40 gallon processor sold on the internet is $2800!! My price will be only half that, recover your Cost in No Time!! My price is $1400. I am located in Roscoe, IL Pick up or delivery can be arranged. I will be taking orders once this one sells.
