Energos Biofuels (EB) is starting a yellow grease collection business in Phoenix, Arizona, on August 1st, 2008. EB has made connections and have an existing customer base ready to switch to us. EB is expected to pick up at a minimum of 5,000-10,000 gallons by the end of August. Then will plan on 10,000 gallons monthly minimum and will continue to increase our supply each month. In the 1st 60-90 days EB will have unfiltered wvo only. After that EB should have filtered and de-watered wvo. EB will base it off the average selling price of wvo is currently selling for, but we are open to offers to. At a later date EB will offer deferent blends of mixed oils and strait oils. Pricing will depend on the blend or oil type & if it is filtered or unfiltered. EB will sell local (Phoenix) with a minimum quantities 30 gallons. Outside of Phoenix,Arizona minimum quantities of 5000 gallons. Expect California minimum 2500 gallons. EB is working on getting registered with California to make deliveries with in the state and/ or transport to the seaport. Currently still working on permits and doing research on the best forms of transport for wvo, by tanker truck or by rail car. EB is currently limiting sales to the US only. Michael,

I'm located at Fort Irwin CA, willing to make a monthly trip to Phoenix for 250-300 gallons if the price is right (diesel here has been over $5 for a while).  What are you looking at per gallon for unfiltered canola / soy / or other non-hydrogenated clear oil?  Thanks.
