Hello,

I am a current law student from the University of Ottawa (Canada). I am
writing my thesis on biofuels and environmental law. I am trying to
determine what are the legal instruments that could be necessary to
implement in order to avoid negative impacts derived from biofuels
increasing production. I will study several cases and Bolivia would be one
of them. I was wondering if you have any legal or policies documents
relevant to the production of biofuels in Bolivia. I have a lot of
difficulties to find legal pieces from Bolivia. I want to study the
current legal framework to produce biofuels in bolivia and potential lack
of environmental protection.
